Add photos and files to a request
Attach a photo or file so the service team can see the problem.
Before you start
- Sign in to the portal on your phone or computer.
- Take the photo first when you can. Show the whole screen or the equipment label.
- Files can be photos, PDFs, or office documents up to 25 MB each.
Steps
- Tap “My requests”.
- Tap the request that needs the photo or file.
- Find the “Add a file” box near the bottom of the page.

Careful: Do not attach files that show passwords, pay details, medical details, or other private information.
Tap “Choose file”.- Take a photo or pick a file from your phone.
- Tap “Attach file”.
- Check for the message “File attached”.
What happens next
Your file appears in the “Attachments” list on the request. The service team can see it right away.
You can also add a photo while you send a new request. Use the “Add a photo” step and tap “Take a photo” or “Choose from library”.
Common problems
The file will not attach
Files over 25 MB and unusual file types are blocked. Take a new photo or pick a smaller file, then tap “Attach file” again.
I cannot find the “Add a file” box
Open the request first from “My requests”. The “Add a file” box is near the bottom of the request page.
