Check a request
See the status of your request and what happens next.
Before you start
- Sign in to the portal on your phone or computer.
- You need at least one submitted request. The guide “Submit a help request” shows how.
Steps
- Tap “My requests”.
- Tap a filter tab — “Open”, “Pending”, “Scheduled”, or “Complete” — to narrow the list if you want.

- Tap the request you want to check.
- Check the status near the top. For example, “We're working on it”.

- Check the line under “What's next”. It tells you if the team needs something from you.
- Read the “Conversation” section for replies from the team.
What happens next
The status tells you where your request stands. “Request received” means we have it. “We're working on it” means it is active. “We need something from you” means the team is waiting on your answer. “Complete” means the work is done.
When a request says “We need something from you”, reply as soon as you can so the work does not stall. The guide “Reply to a request” shows how.
Common problems
My request is not in the list
Tap the other filter tabs. Finished requests are under “Complete”.
The page says “Sign in to see your requests”
Sign in with your work account, then open “My requests” again.
Get help
If a request looks wrong or stuck, open it and send a reply. The team will check it.
