Find help articles

Search for quick answers before you send a request.

Before you start

  • Open the portal on your phone or computer.
  • Think of one or two simple words that describe your problem, like “password” or “printer”.

Steps

  1. Tap “Knowledge” in the menu.
  2. Type one or two words in the search box. For example, “VPN”, “password”, or “photos”.The Knowledge page with the search box and the “Search” button.
  3. Tap “Search”.
  4. Tap an article or guide in the results.Search results showing help articles you can tap to open.
  5. Follow the steps in the article.
  6. Tap “Submit a request” at the bottom of the page if the article does not fix your problem.

What happens next

Most articles have two or three short steps. Featured articles show on the Knowledge page even before you search.

You can always send a request when an article does not solve the problem.

Common problems

The page says “No articles found”

Try different words. Use one simple word, like “password” or “VPN”.

The article did not fix my problem

Tap “Submit a request” at the bottom of the page and describe what you already tried.

Get help

If you cannot find an answer, send a request. The team will point you to the right fix.
